For fun: Bicycling with my bride of 23 years, reading mysteries, enjoying Xavier Musketeer basketball, playing with our bearded collies, playing fantasy football, listening to classical music, and enjoying the adventures and achievements of our Ohio University students Andrew (20) and Alison (18).

 

Your favorite spot to relax in Ohio/Kentucky: Dawn and I enjoy our deck a lot and this summer discovered how relaxing it can be on the Newtown - Loveland bike trail.

 

Favorite restaurant: We like trying new places, but most often recommend Foreign Exchange, a wonderful family-owned Thai/Sushi restaurant in Anderson Township.

 

Current volunteer activities (besides SVP): Active with the Rotary Club of Cincinnati and Pro Seniors, the only Ohio organization dedicated to helping seniors resolve their legal and long-term care problems.

 

Recent rewarding experience:

Participating in the FBI Citizens’ Academy.

 

Your perspective on SVP Cincinnati/other observations:

A collegial blend of women and men who are committed to giving back by sharing their life experiences with each other and our investees with the three Ts of philanthropy - time, talent and treasure. Oh – we have a lot of fun too!
